01.Question: Do different products carry different warranties?

Answer: Yes, every product we sell carries a basic 1-year warranty but on certain products the warranty varies. There is no warranty on consumables such as Blank CD's / DVD's / Blu-ray disk or ink refill cartridge etc. For consumables, if it is faulty, return immediately.

 

02.Question: Do you accept credit?

Answer: Unfortunately not, we offer comparative prices that have no financial charges built in, thus offering, you the customer the best value for your money. All prices quoted strictly COD.

 

03.Question: Up to how many people can your studio record?

Answer: Ummm, infinity...bit of a trick question. How it works is that we have a recording booth approximately 2m x 4m, which accommodates for a small group of up to say 4-5 people, but usually we only have 1 person at a time recording and then layer the recording(s) as we like...so we can stack up an infinite amount of single recordings onto a Multi-track which will result in the final group recording, eg. a rock band. Hope that answers that.

 

04.Question: Do you do CD mastering?

Answer: Unfortunately not. We do RAW recording and editing if needed.

 

05.Question: Can my band book some practice time in the studio?

Answer: You can if you feel your band can fit, lol. As above, we only have a 2m x 4m recording booth which doesn't really appeal as a great practice spot, and besides we would still charge you per hour. Best to carry on practicing at home in the garage and head this way when you want to record a few tracks. All the best.
