Crystal I.T. was started back in 2009 by Richard Olsen, Owner and IT Specialist, to provide professional and reliable service to all computer and desktop users. It has become apparent that the quality of service through well known franchises has become more and more unreliable and costly through-out the years and this is exactly what we aim to change by providing a personal hands on service to all our clientele.
By being the sole owner and administrator of Crystal Incendia Technology, it has become a personal customer to customer experience, always offering the best service and solutions to all computer hardware and software related problems. We are always expanding our knowledge and IT range to suit our users.
What we cover in regards to this website
Our day to day services are IT support. This means that if you have a problem with your computer or network, you give us a call. There is little we haven't dealt with with regards to home users or small- medium businesses. Yet it is not always possible to know everything about everything, this is what makes us different from the rest...if you have a problem, we will find and provide you with the best solution.
Website hosting is another part of essential IT support. If your running a small business from home or a currently existing business, you need a website. We will register a web domain in the name of your choice should it be available and set up your email account and get you on your way. We out-source our web design should you require a new website.
More services are offered through-out the website, so please have a look and contact us should you have any question, need a quote or just to give us your feedback
